Our private Discord community is a space for late-identified Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD women navigating midlife. A place to talk about what we’re discovering about ourselves, share everyday experiences, and find a little company along the way.

Some conversations need a little more room than a comment section.

Join us for live conversation, read through the forums, leave a message or quietly lurk. This is a safe space to just be. You don’t have to keep up with every conversation or have something insightful to say. Quiet participation is always welcome, too.
